Full Body Massage [60 mins - $65 ; 90 mins - $75]
This full body massage session features long, flowing strokes to bring the body into a state of full relaxation while moving lymph fluid through the body to rid it of toxins.Based on your needs, the session will utilize Swedish Massage as the underlying modality but can also include a mixture of Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Joint Release or Foot Reflexology to best target the muscle tension discovered.
For clients seeking a pure modality experience, the session can be adjusted to be all Deep Tissue or all Swedish as well.
Foot Reflexology [60 mins - $65]
Foot reflexology uses reflexes in the feet as a representation of the parts, organs, and glands of the body. By working these zones in the feet, the intention is on returning the body to a state of balance. Treatment begins with a short foot soak followed by pressure applied to points on the feet. The session ends with a lower leg and foot massage using a light lotion.Hot Stone Massage - Seasonal
Hot stone massage uses heated, basalt stones placed on key energy points of the body. During the treatment, the stones are also used as massage tools to rub heat deep into muscle tissue to soften tense muscles. This treatment is recommended for anyone who takes pleasure in deep relaxation and enjoys heat. Massage oil is used in this treatment.
