Please be advised of the following business policies:
Payment
Payment is due at completion of the treatment. Accepted forms of payment include cash and credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
Arrival Time
Clients should arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time in order to complete an intake form and use the restroom. This will ensure the appointment begins on time so you receive the full time allotted for your treatment.
Clients arriving late will receive treatment for the remaining time of the originally scheduled appointment since clients are booked in succession and it would effect the daily schedule.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations with at least 24 hours notice will not incur any charge.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments will be charged a $25 cancellation/no-show fee.
Illicit Behaviour
Any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances made by the client will result in immediate termination of the session and client will be liable for payment of the scheduled appointment.
